There are new fitness trends descending on us all the time. Over the last couple of years these were largely centered around the more communal and fun aspects of physical training – cross-fit, calisthenics, just to name a few. So gym chains like Fitness First saw the need to stay on trend and to keep members engaged. For a more free and less solitary kind of training they designated large areas of their gyms to their so-called Freestyle Training. Here members could experiment with kettlebells and ropes and have an overall more playful workout experience. The campaign was all about the photoshoot and the look as we were trying to capture the fun, the excitement and the physical challenge of Freestyle Training.
